There are no extras (eg electric). Booking/damage deposit of £150 at time of booking. This is returned after the cottage rental if no damage has occured and the cottage only requires standard cleaning. Payment of the holiday rental is due 3 months prior to departure or upon booking if within this period. Changeover day generally Saturday although this can be varied apart from August on request.
